CAPUCANA is the result of a harmonious fusion of unique aromas and flavours from freshly squeezed sugar cane juice used in the creation process. Each step and every small detail is controlled, as has never been done before.

To make CAPUCANA, each sugar cane distillate is individually worked and put through a single final blending process. The final blending is done on batches aged for three years with other silver batches to achieve a CAPUCANA that has a balance of freshness and complexity.

Italian-filipino Davide Boncimino has shaken up a storm as head bartender at London's Mr Fogg's Residence, which was on The World's 100 Best Bars list in 2015, and winner of Singapore leg of the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition in 2017. Now, as the Head Bartender at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, he stays true to the Madame Fan ideology of infusing craft, design, service and ambience in his cocktail philosophy of creating cocktails that are ‘good enough to eat’. Davide’s knowledge of the kitchen and bar work enables him to deliver inventive compositions that enable the drink palette to enter an exciting new world of flavour.
