Matching Max’s unique style and sophisticated service, Honi Honi brings back a time when a bartender could concoct exactly the right tipple for clientele he would know by name.

In addition to what is arguably the largest collection of rums in Asia with over 200+ varieties, the menu includes the usual tiki cocktail characters paying tribute to the Founder of tiki culture, Don the Beachcomber and to new Honi Honi creations such as the Maori Spring Punch, Tropical Storm or Max’s personal favourite the Honi Honi Kiss.

With over 15 years of experience behind the bar in renowned dining establishments and award-winning cocktail bars across London and Australia and Hong Kong, Mario Calderone has risen up the ranks as a master craftsman in the art of mixology. His most recent roles comprise of senior bar positions at Novikov Restaurant and Zuma, two of London’s biggest A-list haunts and Bar Lafayette in Australia. While specialising in spirits and cocktails, Mario’s skills are complemented by his extensive knowledge of wine and food – speaking volumes to his Italian heritage!
