With 9 years of bartending experience under his belt, Head Bartender 

Edriane Lim takes the helm at The Bar at 15 Stamford. Over the years, Edriane has bartended at some of the best bars and hotels in the city, including – Sofitel So Singapore, EQUINOX Restaurant at Swissotel The Stamford, Anti:Dote Bar at Fairmont Hotel and most recently, ATLAS Grand Lobby and Bar.

He first made the leap into the world of craft cocktails under the mentorship of award-winning Tom Hogan from Anti:Dote Bar. Edriane went on to clinch top places at bartending competitions not just in Singapore, but at international competitions as well. Champion of the Sherry Apprentice Singapore 2015, and Top 4 finalist in the Sherry Apprentice Asia Competition in Jerez, Spain, Edriane also made it into the top 15 finalists for the 2017 edition of La Maison Cointreau Singapore.
